I chose to try this out, since I have PCOS. I am wanting to balance things out, without having to take BC pills. So far, I feel a bit more balanced mood wise. These are simple to take. 1 pill a day. That's it. I will definitely keep up with this.

Been over a week now. Have not noticed any difference or changes. Maybe I have enough estrogen in my body already. Not really sure what to look for. Eating and sleeping habits still the same. Energy level still the same. Still need coffee in the morning. No hormone side affects.

For right now, I am going middle of the road with my review simply because most products in this category take a bit of time to "kick in". I have been taking it a week, and so far so good. Certainly no bad effects, but true effectiveness will likely take about a month of consumption. Will try and come back at that time and provide a more complete review.
