NutriFlair Mushroom Complex Supplement with 10 Mushrooms Lions Mane & Cordyceps, 90 Count

I started taking these mushroom supplements a couple of weeks ago. I had purchased a mushroom complex product before but it was the kind you have to stir into a drink and I just could not stand the taste. Supplements in the form of capsules are the way to go for me personally. I now have more energy, less joint pain, and more mental clarity. I am more than satisfied with these capsules and I feel good about putting the beneficial properties of these mushrooms into my body every day for good health.

Add this to my coffee in AM. Stir well or it sinks to bottom of cup. Stir again before finished. Love the benefits. Worth while.

I love these capsules. I read about the benefits of taking mushroom complexes and they really seem to work so far. I feel like I have a lot more energy and am a lot more focused. The pills are really easy to swallow and I like that they are dairy free, gluten free, soy free and made in the USA. My whole family was sick last weekend but I barley had the sniffles. I'm giving this supplement credit for that.

Truly is a good product, I feel good on the days I am taking this Mushroom Supplement. I do feel that it helps my body communicate with itself better and function at a higher level. It boosts up my energy I Feel alert throughout the day which I used to need a nap every noon!

I have been curious about the benefits of mushrooms for a while. I started researching supplements and found this brand that seems to have the right ingredients, quality and value. So far I've been pleased and have had no issues with swallowing the capsules. I seem to have more energy and my mind hasn't been as foggy.

I was excited to try this supplement as I love mushrooms, my husband not so much, so I don't buy/eat them as often as I'd like. Then I did some research about what all the benefits were of the mushrooms that's said to be in here and came across this important tidbit of information: "If it is mycelium, then it’s a sterile, lab-grown (usually in cheap plastic bags), vegetative part of the fungal organism." I won't put the entire bit, but basically it makes the supplement trash as it's lacking the actual Beta-glucans which help them be potent. Lo and behold, upon looking at the label there is mycelium. So if you're looking for a mushroom supplement, I'd suggest finding a different one.
