After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I was concerned about the effects. After some research, found this Nutrivein Ashwagandha that has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. I believe it helped me get over the negative symtoms of hypothyroid like tiredness, depression and energy loss. I recommend it. Thank you.

I have been taking the recommended dose for several nights after dinner. Recently, I have had trouble focusing on my studies before bed and also some trouble with falling asleep. Since taking this, it seems that I have been falling asleep easier, quicker. Less crazy thoughts and able to focus more on my deep breathing to help sleep. It also feels like I've been more focused while reading. As a natural skeptic, I'm not 100% sure these subtle changes are solely due to me starting this supplement. But since I've had no negative symptoms and only a positive experience, I'm looking forward to purchasing another bottle soon. Thank you.

I truly like these dietary supplements, but please, as with any drug or supplement, please check with your primary Physician to make sure all is okay. These are great as far as helping with energy, something we all could use a little help in that way. It's that stressful time of year for some, and these are a great source of help in that area as well as our immune system! Something I need help in. These are all natural capsules, strictly a vegetable capsule. Very healthy for your body!!

Ashwagandha is a dietary supplement typically utilized to reduce stress. I’ve only been using this particular supplement for about two weeks and I have noticed what so many people talk about. I take two pills every day with lunch and have noticed a decrease level of the hormone known as cortisol. For those that may not know Ashwagandha it was shown in several clinical trials to lower cortisol when compared with a placebo. As with any supplement, it will not be a magic pill. If you are someone that struggles with stress you can use the supplement but you probably should try other things as well such as exercise and meditation. Personally I have found a combination of lifestyle changes are the best recipe for stress reduction.

These pills will not leave a bad taste in your mouth or afterward, they are tasteless. I have only used these for less then a week so I can not speak on what they do or don’t do. I got these because Ashwagandha is mentioned in the Medical Mediums book on liver health. It helps the liver and with Diabetes if I remember correctly. Once I saw that this helps manage stress, I jumped on it. And of course the immune system these days needs all the help it can get!

This is my second week of trying the Nutri grain Ashwagandha capsules and I do feel less stress during my daytime activities. It seems to have a calming effect, providing me a level balance of control with my emotions and things that usually come with upsetting situations. This is an important factor for me because I deal with customers in my business. It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal.

I have been taking these for a little over 2 weeks now. I do not notice a difference as of yet, I am aware that it could take 30 to 60 days of taking them to notice a difference so I will continue taking them. They are kind of big but they do not taste nasty. There is a little platic like scent but not bad.
