After being diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I was concerned about the effects. After some research, found this Nutrivein Ashwagandha that has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. I have been taking the recommended dose for several nights after dinner. Recently, I have had trouble focusing on my studies before bed and also some trouble with falling asleep. Since taking this, it seems that I have been falling asleep easier, quicker. Less crazy thoughts and able to focus more on my deep breathing to help sleep. It also feels like I've been more focused while reading. As a natural skeptic, I'm not 100% sure these subtle changes are solely due to me starting this supplement. But since I've had no negative symptoms and only a positive experience, I'm looking forward to purchasing another bottle soon. Thank you.

Ashwagandha is a dietary supplement typically utilized to reduce stress. I’ve only been using this particular supplement for about two weeks and I have noticed what so many people talk about. I take two pills every day with lunch and have noticed a decrease level of the hormone known as cortisol. If you are someone that struggles with stress you can use the supplement but you probably should try other things as well such as exercise and meditation. I ordered these because they are the newest thing everyone is talking about. I mean really who does not need something that claims to lighten their mood in our time? I have found products containing "Pepper Extract" have many health benefits and as I am no expert and FDA is not a focus on product. The pepper has been found to be something that helps with blood flow and weight reduction over the years. This is a dietary supplement so results vary. I do take the capsule after eating a healthy breakfast and find it does not bother my stomach. It is rather large in size capsule but it is well coated. It does not have a lingering flavor. Will it help with ailments? IDK but anything is worth a shot to keep my body able to handle what life throws at me.

That means these Nutrivein capsules are super high quality capsules and made with good quality ingredients and no fillers. I also didn't notice any smell or burping either. These are top of the line, excellent quality, potent, and great for my health! Plus, they're organic! I like that they come in a 120 count, so that's a 2 month supply! This is my second week of trying the Nutri grain Ashwagandha capsules and I do feel less stress during my daytime activities. It seems to have a calming effect, providing me a level balance of control with my emotions and things that usually come with upsetting situations. This is an important factor for me because I deal with customers in my business. It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal.

I have been taking these for a little over 2 weeks now. I do not notice a difference as of yet, I am aware that it could take 30 to 60 days of taking them to notice a difference so I will continue taking them. They are kind of big but they do not taste nasty. There is a little platic like scent but not bad.
