This is the best Ashwagandha I have used, and at a good price. Very pleased to have something that really works to help us relax and stay asleep.

I have known for some time that Ashwagandha has been helpful for stress relief. Being under a tremendous amount of work related stress in addition to being a caregiver for a parent with dementia, my stress levels have been through the roof for some time now and taking a physical toll on me. After a couple of days only taking 2 of the recommended 3 daily capsules in the morning I have noticed a significant improvement. Firstly I have been able to shut down my brain at night and actually get a good night sleep. That alone would make anyone feel better. There were days that I went without sleep and trying to get to a job that pays the bills is important. It has also helped me to not worry over the little things that I can not control and no longer allowing them to bother me. I seem to take things in better stride, rather than dwelling on the negative. This has definitely been a positive improvement for me both physically and mentally.

I really do think that this does help some with the toll that stress or anxiety can take on you physically. It certainly doesn't fix the problems, but it does help your body be able to tolerate it a little better. I have been able to tell the difference with and without it. Physician's Choice also has some other quality products.

So far so good! I just finished up week 2 of taking the ashwagandha every night before bedtime, and I have fou.d it easier to fall asleep. Plus, a side benefit is I have actually seen my water weight coming off!

I Like this Ashwaganda it's all Natural and it helps me somewhat sleep but I really can't explain.Sometimes it Calms me sometimes it don't.I think maybe this happens to me because I am still taking Meds for depression.I don't think I was supposed to take this Ashwaganda and Meds.I did not take together but the fact the Meds is still in my Body maybe that could be why it doesn't work Completely for me

I am happy with the product and company so far. I already took Ashwagandha in my your super mix, but doesn't say how much. My brother recommended the supplements and tried the ones he took. They weren't this brand. His were only 600mg and he took two. So I ordered one for my brother and myself. My brother had been taking another brand. I gave him these and he said they work much better. So overall this is a Great Product and worth the buy. They really do help with every day stress and the dosage and amount per bottle is actually worth more than they are selling them for, too be honest. Look around and see the prices on other brands. I doubt you will find a better deal than Physician's choice. I would recommend these, but be careful. My issue is with Walmart . I have it and was charged $5.99 S/H. I contacted them and said it should free, but I ordered from marketplace somehow and that isn't free. Now when I look at the product. It shows free shipping. So I will buy these again, but just not with Walmart and will be ending my Walmart and Walmart account. They now use third party sellers like Amazon, but this seller is good and arrived on time, which I can't say about other orders due to FedEx.
