Helped in one way, but not the other
I was nauseous for weeks, bloating and uncomfortable. Since taking this product i felt better after 2 days. It doesn't help with weight-loss though... or at least it didn't help me... could be my age and going through "the change" . I am buying a 2nd bottle. very easy to swallow as well.

It helps with bloating and iv notice i don't complain about feeling sick to my stomach or any pain from constipation. haven't lost any weight but haven't changed what I've been eating either.

I finished the bottle today and the only thing different was I gained 3 lbs after taking a 30 day supply. I wasted my money and time with this product it is not anything that it advertised so what can I say don't believe everything you read or hear or see I was duped again

I will be using on a regular basis...
I like this probiotic. It releases the bloat and you r getting rid of poop each day at least 2_3 x a day. Its releases easily. I don't know if there is a weight loss, because I have been using for 6 days...I do feel lighter. I will let u know later...
