This works way better than I expected for me! I take it in the morning and I love the chromium in it. It curbs my hunger to where I eat just a meal bar. It lasts all morning and day for me then I eat a good dinner. I already bought my second bottle and I have lost 9 pounds and counting!

Olly's currently working for me. my Dr. approved this supplement after I was having a difficult time losing weight because of stress %26 craving issues. The pill is a large capsule so those having swallowing issues might face a slight problem, but only if you have swallowing issues. The taste is non-existent, but I wouldn't recommend trying to chew or crush before swallowing either. To the best of my knowledge they only come in capsule form. It's not an instant weight loss cure all but it does help when me when my cravings are trying to sabotage my weight loss journey. I am currently under a Dr's care %26 have lost 73 pounds, Olly's Craving Control Capsules have assisted me on this life changing adventure.

I think they're good value and so far they seem to be working well there is no taste because you swallowed them. You don't chew them but so far so good. They seem to be working well thank you

Too expensive for how many are in the bottle but if ginger tea is too spicy for you this is the way to go love them and taking them with dieting and wegovy pill helps a lot with any stomach discomfort

brought for my daughter that a co-worker of hers recommended; they both says it works great. My daughter said it actually curves her appetite if she eats, a good protein filled breakfast she doesn't get hungry until about 4pm, she heading home by then from work.

Day 1: WOAH! Maybe it's the placebo effect, but these work! I usually have to nibble while I work or drive. Today, I took one capsule and while I did have very small hunger pangs a couple times, I didn't crave sugar. I ate a small amount of food and felt full. Definitely kept me from overeating today! Satiation came much quicker than any other day ever! I'll continue to use them and update as time indicated.

I love the OLLY Brand. I wanted to love these, but not sure they are working on my cravings. I get hungry at night and wanted something to stop the late night munching. I'm not sure these are working but will update after I use the entire bottle

Nope, not working. Gave it a go go though. Maybe others are hoping it works so much, that it gave them a placebo effect. It really doesn't do the trick.
