Olly's currently working for me. my Dr. approved this supplement after I was having a difficult time losing weight because of stress %26 craving issues. The pill is a large capsule so those having swallowing issues might face a slight problem, but only if you have swallowing issues. The taste is non-existent, but I wouldn't recommend trying to chew or crush before swallowing either. To the best of my knowledge they only come in capsule form. It's not an instant weight loss cure all but it does help when me when my cravings are trying to sabotage my weight loss journey. I have noticed a significant change in my food cravings and even my appetite in just a week of taking the Combat Cravings. I have not been craving sweets AT ALL (and ice cream is usually on my mind daily!) I've also noticed that I'm not snacking in between meals or when I'm just sitting at my desk, bored...I just don't go looking for that snack like I usually do during the day, I don't even think about it. I've also noticed that my appetite is a bit smaller than normal, I have not been going back for seconds during meals and I seem to be getting full quicker. I'm sold on Olly products! I was skeptical at first, but I figured for the price what the heck I needed something to help me with my night time and boredom food cravings and this product is actually working. From day one I it’s curbed my feelings to munch all the time especially sweets and I don’t feel hungry all the time like I used to.

The first bottle gave me some discomfort but I thought it would get better, second bottle it got worse, only lost 5lbs and caused major side effect with my diverticulitis. Be sure and do your research when buying anything like these products. Thank you for the return guarantee Olly.

I could definitely feel this product working to reduce cravings — I noticed a real difference in how often I felt the urge to snack, which was great. However, after 2–3 days of taking just one pill a day, I started feeling very nauseous and eventually ended up vomiting and feeling generally unwell. I’ve tried stopping and restarting after a week or two, and while the first day always goes well, the same issues come back quickly, and I have to stop again. If you have a sensitive stomach like mine, I’d proceed with caution — it might not be the best fit. I really wish it worked for me long-term because the appetite-curbing effect was noticeable.
