Apple-Flavored Little Rings of “I'm Trying to Be an Adult” Energy I bought the OLLY Metabolism Gummy Rings because apparently my metabolism needed a pep talk, a tiny life coach, and maybe a snack-shaped committee meeting. First of all, these do not taste like punishment, which is shocking because “apple cider vinegar” usually sounds like something your wellness friend drinks while explaining their morning routine with way too much eye contact. But these? Apple flavored, chewy, easy to take, and honestly way more enjoyable than I expected. My taste buds showed up prepared for betrayal and instead got a tiny apple ring vacation. They have apple cider vinegar, B12, and chromium picolinate, which makes me feel like I'm making a responsible choice even if the rest of my day includes eating crackers over the sink like a stressed raccoon. I take them and suddenly I'm the kind of person who thinks about water intake, steps, protein, and whether walking through the grocery store counts as cardio. The gummy ring shape is also fun. Regular vitamins are boring little tablets that look like they were designed by a tax accountant. These look like candy went to a wellness seminar and came back with a clipboard. Do they turn you into a fitness influencer overnight? No. I did not wake up with abs, a smoothie sponsorship, or the urge to say “clean eating journey” into a ring light. But they're tasty, convenient, and make adding a supplement to my routine feel less like a chore and more like a tiny daily high-five. Would buy again. These gummies are easy, enjoyable, and give my supplement shelf the cheerful energy of someone who owns matching workout sets but still believes in snacks.

These products are truly exceptional. I have observed a significant improvement over the past 45 days, and their taste is outstanding. I intend to continue purchasing them.

I have used for at least twelve months as they work well for my digestive issues and appetite. This also helps with my nutritional needs and stamina. I lost a few lbs early on, but now, along with my physician, I am able to maintain a balance with my weight and glucose readings. It tastes great. It's like rewarding myself with a treat.

I'm not one for gimmicky products, however, I can say that I definitely noticed a difference taking these. My weight has been easier to maintain and I don't struggle with as much with bloat.

Trying to take off an extra 20 pounds. I lost 9 pounds but I was stuck for a couple of weeks. I'm sensitive to most metabolism boosters. These did not cause my heart to race so I continue taking them. After about 10 days I broke that plateau and I'm feeling really good. I'm going to continue to use these because this is the only thing I did differently to change the situation.

I purposefully waited until I finished the container before reviewing... waiting to see if there were any true results. First, day 1 and 2 I noticed a significant difference in my appetite and was pleased - but by day 3 that was gone and I was back to all my food cravings... maybe it was a placebo effect or maybe it did help but my body quickly got used to it and would have needed more to maintain the effect - I cannot say for sure, but the rest of the month I noticed no such appetite suppressant effect. As for the taste - I enjoyed it. Was a nice little morning treat. It does have more sugar than I would otherwise want in a supplement, but not enough to ruin an otherwise decent diet. Tasted like candy and I could probably have eaten the entire container in one sitting if I didn't know it was not candy. Metabolism? Weight loss? Well, that's hard for me to judge. I lost half a pound in the month I took these. But I was also not dieting, but still trying to avoid snacking and trying to make healthier options. I did not notice any discernable differences in my energy level, and have lost another 2 lbs in the 3 weeks since my supply ran out, just by reducing calories and trying to exhibit more willpower in my portion sizes, so I am fairly certain that half a pound would have been lost with or without the gummy. Would I order again? For this price, absolutely not. If I could get triple the gummies for the price I would probably get some more, just to see if taking 2 or 3 a day did any better at suppressing my cravings. Unfortunately, the results overall were too minimal if at all and the price astronomical for 30 gummies. I am now starting to drink diluted apple cider vinegar, as I do see it as potentially having some health benefits and this option fits better into my budget. Hoping to keep up the practice for at least 3-4 months to give me a better idea of effectiveness. That was my intent with the gummies but after the first relatively disappointing month, I could not bring myself to spend any additional $$ on them. I did read that sometimes the benefits of acv are not noticeable until 3-4 months of use... but if that is to be expected than the container should contain a 90-120 supply so we can fully test it.

These are so good! It regulates me and I overall feel better throughout the day. I gave it 4 stars because I wish this came in capsule form!! These are a little sweet for me. Literally taste like candy, but you can smell the ACV. So, I would prefer not to smell it. Also ACV is really bad for your teeth so chewing these daily I hope doesn't mess with my teeth. Please make this exact same thing in capsule form!! The other capsules were the best thing Olly ever did! Plus it will be a great option for the people that don't prefer sugar. Overall, great product.

Not actually sure how it's doing for metabolism yet, as I actually got these to see if the chromium would help with my sensitivity to electronics like some studies were finding. Couldn't do the capsule form, so gummies! Not a bad flavor or texture, and they do seem to be helping at least a bit--enough that I am staying on for at least another two jars to give it more adjustment time. I wish there were more than 30 per container.

I don't know if these actually help, by the end of the month , the gummies are so hard that you can't chew them cause the jars dont seal very tight, and since they're not airtight , you end up with hard gummies , you have to basically suck on. the flavor is pleasant You can taste the apple cider vinegar in them. but it's not too strong which makes it tolerable , compared to what normal apple cider vinegar is. i just feel like the toughness towards the end of the month makes it not worth it.

First of all the container is difficult to open with a stupid shape to the container and lid it clearly doesn't keep the contents fresh because the entire container was hard! I tried one to see if by putting in mouth it would soften up enough to chew but it did not, but it tasted like candy, so I would say no real health value which I say worthless product that is over priced! Disappointed.This is the second item from Olly that I have purchased and been disappointed with. no more wasting my time or money.
