good for stress relief and relaxation before sleeping. it took a few uses for my body to adjust (the first 2 doses hit my system a little harder than expected) but i am glad i tried this otc stress relief product

I have PMDD or extreme PMS. These have really helped me. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I don’t take them together. I would definitely recommend this product.

Works for me! I feel calm after about a half hour after taking them. They do not make me feel weird or have any kind of negative side effect on myself, but, everybody is different.

these actually work. my mom stresses a lot and its heartbreaking when it starts to make her sad. i found these and she agreed to try them and she was really happy and great with everything. not once for most the day did she looked worried. honestly im so appreciative for even finding them. highly recommend giving them a try. it didn't make her sleepy or jittery or nothing, just calm and present in the moment.

I was originally taking the Olly goodbye stress, gummy‘s for help with anxiety and stress. After about two months, I noticed that I needed something a little more so I took three gummy‘s instead of two. I then found the ultra strength goodbye stress pills on Walmart and purchased them. I have definitely noticed a significant decrease in my stress and anxiety throughout the day since I started taking these. They are not Gummies by the way.

i have a low/medium level anxiety issue that gets quickly out of control to a high anxiety especially at work but i pop two of these with breakfast in the morning and i feel much better during the day. they just gelp take the "edge" off of the anxiety so i feel more prepared. No jitters either.

best help I have found so far these help so much, whenever I feel overwhelmed I take tw and there is s much relief for me, I am telling everyone about them and even giving them my half filled bottle to try for their anxiety. it wont knock you out, but if you take it before bed, it allows you to turn to liquid and evaporate into sleep. if you take it during the day, it feels like taking the weight off your shoulders. definitely worth giving it a shot.

works great! i have really bad anxiety and a high stress level and this medicine helps me so much. i would recommend this to anyone i know with anxiety.

These kind of help. The l-theanine is really good for combining with caffeine but that can be purchased separately if that’s what it’s for. Overall it seems to help a little and make me slightly drowsy. It may be better to take before bed if anything.
