These saffron supplements have been an incredible boost taken alongside our son’s traditional ADHD medication. Highly recommend trying these if you A)want to try a supplement for ADHD or B)find that just using a traditional methylphenidate type medication does not give as much effect as needed . These took us from multiple negative notes a week from school to daily “all smiles” reports. At summer camp this season they say he is a different kid. Only been using these for a short time but I have noticed I sleep better %26 stay more calm throughout the day. The taste isn't great but it isn't bad either!

My biggest complaint with these is that they taste and smell like plastic/rubber. The packaging is fine. I’ve heard great things about Olly but I will not purchase this specific product again. I can get better tasting vitamins from other brands at a better cost as well.

The taste is good, I could not feel any difference in how I felt. In fact, I felt sleepy after using this.
