I have read that tart cherries can help with joint pain and stiffness. I really hope this is the case for me. I've been taking a high dose of NSAIDs for a while now and would love if I could do this naturally. I'm only on day three of taking them, so I can't say that I have noticed a big difference yet, but I can tell you that the pills are very easy to take and they don't have any bad flavor or lingering aftertaste. It also doesn't give me indigestion like a lot of vitamins do. I really can't report any bad side effects that I've noticed since starting them. You are supposed to take one pill per day preferably with a meal and water. I'm really hoping that these will work for me.

I have been taking concentrated tart cherry juice for a couple of years and these capsules seem to do the same thing. I switched to taking 1 capsule a day as recommended and my joint pain level is about the same as it was on the liquid form. The capsules are fairly large, about 1", but I have had no trouble swallowing them with some water. I love that they don't need refrigeration like the juice so I can throw the bottle of capsules in my purse when I'm going somewhere for a few days.

Tart cherry is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Seems to help with the pain in my knee. These are also a good source of potassium. I take mine at night. They increase the bioavailability of tryptophan and the production of melatonin. I can always use help sleeping. All-around great supplement from an excellent company. The price is great for a 90-day supply.

These vitamins go down smooth and have a sweet smell to them. Nothing unpleasant but don't smell exactly like cherries. I take them along with my other vitamins. I really like that they are made in the United States and are FDA approved.

I honestly didn't have very high expectations going into this because who ever heard of a cherry supplement? I have it a full 30 days before judging and I'm semi impressed. I noticed a very clear difference in joint pain, or rather lack of, similar to taking osteo bi flex. However, I did not notice a single difference in my sleep, so maybe that part just doesn't work for me? It's less harsh on my stomach than other supplements that support joint health, so for that alone, I will continue using. I just caution on hoping too highly for sleep improvement.

Nutrivein tart cherry capsules are touted to relieve pain ,help with restful sleep and give your muscles more endurance. I've only just begun taking it and the first thing I noticed was that I felt a bit more sleepy at bedtime. Although I still don't sleep through the night. I suffer from sciatica pain do to a bulging disc. I read where it could take up to a month before you feel all of the benefits of taking this supplement. I definitely suggest taking it with food to prevent stomach discomfort. And also don't be surprised if you notice some bright red in your stool (poop). I have high hopes that I can lower or even eliminate the otc pain relievers I've been having to take.

I love adding tart cherry into my supplement lineup as a person with chronic pain. It can help a bit with pain and inflammation (in my experience). These capsules seem to be a good quality and I am happy with that. The only drawback for me is the size of the pills.
