Just Right
Exactly the right dosage I sought. Arrived intact %26 on time. Easy to swallow, no after-taste, no perceptible adverse effects, and price is right!. Using in a regimen to support joints %26 bone density (70 y/o male). I am a Walmart Associate; this product is not available in my store.

Lesser known minerals
Boron citrate is a natural mineral with no side effects. It assists the body in absorption of other minerals ie. magnesium, calcium and bowel function.

Boron rocks
I started taking as a supplement twice a day because the arthritis in my left knee was getting so bad that I couldn't walk. After a few days the pain and stiffness started to ease up and I could walk again. Now I have very little pain and stiffness in my knees. I'm taking a prescription arthritis pill and the 5 mg boron pill does a lot better job. I stopped taking it for a couple weeks and the pain came back again like gain busters so you can bet that I started taking it again.

tegretol for seizure
disorder takes minerals out of the blood so my spine collapsed needing calcium "help' to absorb it and it works! also added co-q10 to add for my heart because a statin reduces that in the blood

Great quality for a fair price!
I just started this product Boron, It's very friendly on the stomach. I'm very happy with this purchase of Nutricost. I chose this one because the price was fair and the ingredient list was transparent. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a strong aftertaste like some other brands I've tried. The bottle arrived well-sealed and the expiration date is far out, so I know I'm getting a fresh product, I also apperciate that its GMP/certified, Its a fair plus value for the price and I will definitely be ordering again

I don't know if this is a high quality supplement but boron is hard to find. I'm hoping it does what I got it for. Severe osteoporosis.
