I just started this product Boron, It's very friendly on the stomach. I'm very happy with this purchase of Nutricost. I chose this one because the price was fair and the ingredient list was transparent. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a strong aftertaste like some other brands I've tried. The bottle arrived well-sealed and the expiration date is far out, so I know I'm getting a fresh product, I also apperciate that its GMP/certified, Its a fair plus value for the price and I will definitely be ordering again

I don't know if this is a high quality supplement but boron is hard to find. I'm hoping it does what I got it for. Severe osteoporosis.
