NOW Supplements, Vitamin E-400 IU Mixed Tocopherols, Antioxidant Protection*, 100 Softgels

I use this trusted brand of Vit E for skin, hair and nails. I take it daily and appreciate the smaller size caps.

This is a reasonably priced vitamin and the only one in this price range that contains ALL of the components which comprise Vitamin E. If you check out the bottle on most vitamin E, there is usually only one component, d-alpha tocopherol. The NOW product has everything necessary to make Vitamin E absorbed and utilized effectively. I can't say for sure if this has helped my cholesterol numbers, but I do feel that could be part of the successful equation.

I have taken Vitamin E for almost 40 years now. It's one of the first Vitamins I started taking when I was beginning to learn about the wonderful world of health, nutrition and vitamins. I guess I would feel kind of "lost" without my vitamin E. I am glad that I can purchase this through Swanson. Thank you Swanson for your great service.

Why did I ever quit taking Vitamin E??? Rich dark color, neutral aroma (none at all, in other words), product so fresh, pearl gel caps very easy to take. Have been a fan of the Now Foods brand for a long, long time.

This product has given me the results that I was looking for. Easy to swallow and provides the amount of Vitamin E that I need.

I thought NOW Foods was supposed to be a top brand, but this product disappoints, and I'm wondering if I am in fact getting the full 400IU per softgel stated on the bottle; they are not all that soft.
