Taken alongside ubiquinol, carnitine selenium, zinc. as part of a fertility stack. The E was added to cover antioxidant bases. It seems excessive but the alternatives were exorbitantly priced fertility treatments Motility and morphology brought to normal range. quality is great Nice ingredients, but this vitamin e isn't my first choice I just got it cause it is cheaper size is small and easy to swallow no bad taste benefit for your skin package is okay will wait for the effects. hopefully, it helps. I only took a few pills for now
