NOW yeast free selenium works great. NOW supplements seem to be the same from one order to then next. The 200 mcg size works best. It's easy to order online because Walmart is reliable.

Great stuff
Dr. Told me to take selenium for my thyroid, as I had no energy. I started taking it a few weeks ago, it gave me energy. I did notice, my basal temp. Was 97.4 prior to taking . Now my temp. Is 98.4, which is wonderful. I also have a lot more energy. I don't know that it raises temp. On everybody, but it did for me. I have been told, now brand is a very reliable brand, I agree!

Horrible smell
Just received my order, upon opening, the smell is extremely offensive. Hesitant to take it because of the smell, but will try. Will update since this is my first time using this supplement. Hope it is not a bad batch.
