I definitely recommend this vitamin C. I take six each day personally. However, you need to adjust dosage to your specific regularity comfort. As high doses will soften your stool. Sorry about the TMI. For me, the benefit outweighs the little effort to get the correct dosage balance.

I really do like this Nutrivein Liposomal Vitamin C. All natural ingredients and NO soy! No bad tastes or smells. No bad reactions to it. Seems gentle on stomach. Capsules are about 3/4 in long, yet, surprisingly, very easy to swallow. All in all, I'm very pleased with this product

I love this vitamins, it is the second time that I have been purchased. Have been feeling more energized and did not get sick since I started to use 6 months ago. I was also surprised how fast they shipped and arrived took 2 days. I dont really have any cons I really recommend.

Vitamin C in this particular form seems to be a compatible fit for me, the boost is gentle to the immune system like a sunny day is found to be.
