Zinc has always been an immune booster during cold and flu season. These have no after taste, easy to swallow white capsules. There should be several months worth in the bottle to get me through the colder months. I would not hesitate to buy again.

the smell is terrible. Hard to swallow because of the smell

I was happy with this order but I received a second order a week later that I didn't make and didn't approve which included vitamin C and another zinc!!! I made an order for just a refill of the zinc in 4 months.
