i have very bad osteoporosis. i haven't been drinking milking in over a decade and now I'm paying the price big-time. i have tried calcium pills and those chocolate calcium chews before and every time, it would make me feel kinda nauseous and sickly for over 8 hrs. im starting to drink milk more often every month now(especially being on a very tight budget) thank god for a good affordable health insurance, with the extra benefits afforded throug the health insurance's OTC program. i can finally get the extra help needed through these wonderful vitamin D gummies. they taste pretty good to me. so now with this and drinking milk again, hopefully my bones will get stronger in the future. its very important to have at least some amount of vitamin D in your diet, as you grow older you will understand the hazards and benefits of having healthy bones.

easy to swallow. really don't know what they are suppose to do. I just take them because I am not in the sun much. My blood work show that my vitamin D is good though. Take it afternoon.east to swallow because it is small. my nails are growing,I guess it good for that

Liked these enough to place this second order. 2500 iu for each gummy seems a little high - but I'm 67 and don't get a whole lot of sun. So I like the idea that it supports bone strength and teeth health with calcium since I'm getting a little older and perhaps a little more fragile. Good stuff this vitamin D3. I like the idea that your dummies, tastes pretty good.

These are soft and chewy gummies that taste really good. To me they taste like a much softer Dots candy. I especially like that they are NOT coated with sugar.
