Liked these enough to place this second order. 2500 iu for each gummy seems a little high - but I'm 67 and don't get a whole lot of sun. So I like the idea that it supports bone strength and teeth health with calcium since I'm getting a little older and perhaps a little more fragile. Good stuff this vitamin D3. I like the idea that your dummies, tastes pretty good.

these vitamin D 3 gummies are delicious. a satisfying way to take vitamin D3. you chew them up and you have a full day worth of a healthy immunity, lots of energy and it's also good for your bones and nails. highly recommend

i have very bad osteoporosis. i haven't been drinking milking in over a decade and now I'm paying the price big-time. i have tried calcium pills and those chocolate calcium chews before and every time, it would make me feel kinda nauseous and sickly for over 8 hrs. im starting to drink milk more often every month now(especially being on a very tight budget) thank god for a good affordable health insurance, with the extra benefits afforded throug the health insurance's OTC program. i can finally get the extra help needed through these wonderful vitamin D gummies. they taste pretty good to me. so now with this and drinking milk again, hopefully my bones will get stronger in the future. its very important to have at least some amount of vitamin D in your diet, as you grow older you will understand the hazards and benefits of having healthy bones.

I prefer gummie vitamins and this D3 has a pleasant taste. The variety of fruit flavors are light and leave no after taste. They are also on the small side, which is great.

I know saying I would recommend these is contradictory to the three-star rating; however, if you want a reasonable cost and get in your D, this will do it. The three-stars are for the "rubber chewy" texture mine has. The taste is OK. With my budget where it is, I would buy again.

Was very disappointed thought I was getting a bargain I can get it from Amazon cheaper can get at least 60 more gummies at a cheaper price.
