i have tried 3 different keto pills and did not move an inch! That was the case until I found NutriFlair. My goodness, they've worked wonders. I've lost over 10 lbs. PS: I dont work out. It states on the box many physical and medical claims and special additives, such as KETOFLAIR BHB Salts, etc. I'm no scientist, so I will leave all that alone. What I was looking for was a simple energy boost, without wiring me up and some additional weight loss. So, I've been taking three capsules, twice a day, as recommended on the box, for 14 days. Each capsule is approximately one inch in length and 1/4-inch-wide; not a small capsule. The capsules did not have any real odor, nor did they seem to have a problem going down my throat. I took them as recommended, 20-30 minutes before eating a meal, along with a glass of water. I had no stomach or bowel issues, but I do believe I did get a bit of energy boost; not wired! Over the last 14 days, it did get me off my stalemate in weight loss, getting me back to my losing two pounds a week; Yeh! So, overall, I have to rate this as a five-star, as it helped me regain my weight loss progress and did seem to help me with my energy level (no marathons)!

I've used these Keto pills for about 5 days. While I haven't lost weight yet, I've noticed that I can go longer between meals. It makes me feel full longer, but I also have so much more energ!!. I feel alive again and not in a way that I feel overly Shakey or anything to that. Incredible! Because of how I'm feeling in these 5 days I'm looking forward to seeing the results I am going to experience.

I've only been using them for only two weeks so its hard to say if it is helping me lose weight. What I can say however is it does give me some much needed energy. Per the instructions I'm supposed to take 3 supplements 20-30 mins before eating but I like to start off slow especially with a supplement I have never tried before. So I did one pill every day before my meals for a week. I really didn't see or feel a difference. Week two I started taking two pills 30 mins before my meals and that's when I notice they give me energy. It helped me feel ready to take on my workouts,which was great, an I didn't have a jittery feeling. I also did notice a slight decrease in my appetite which helped me consume less calories. I am going to keep on taking them an then I will be able to see if it does benefit my weight loss efforts more so.

I have been eating the Keto way since July of last year. I have lost 50 pounds, have plenty of energy and feel better than I have ever felt. These keto pills have been talked about in some groups and I have heard both sides, negative and positive. So when they were offered on sparks to review, I decided to try them with an open mind to see if they would improve my weight stall or have any effect on me at all. I really wanted to see if it was true that they work. I was excited for this. I deliberately took myself out of ketosis by eating a higher amount of carbs (more than 50 grams daily) for 2 weeks. Once these pills arrived, I read the directions and took 3 pills 30 minutes before my first regular meal and 3 more 30 minutes before my next meal. They state that they put you into ketosis faster. For me, eating the keto way it takes me 2 to 3 days to get back in to ketosis if I go off of keto, as I found out after a few rough months and not really keeping up with my WOE. I stayed on the standard diet only eating about 100 plus grams of carbs a day while doing this review. The claims are that it puts you into ketosis, gives you energy and helps you lose weight. Let me say that while I measured ketones in my urine, I was NOT in ketosis. If I stopped taking them for a day, no ketones in my urine. My body was peeing them out because it was not using them. I did not have any weight loss and no energy due to the higher carb diet that I was currently eating. The claim to eat healthy foods such as grains, fruits and veggies along with low fat meats while taking these pills is that you will be in ketosis and lose weight. NONE of that happened because these pills do not put you into ketosis. The only way to achieve that is to eat whole, unprocessed foods and healthy fats. Your body will naturally produce ketones and use them. It will excrete excess ketones that it doesn't use until you become fat adapted. That is when your body knows how to properly use up all of the ketones it produces. Eating the keto way will eliminate cravings, increase your energy, and you can go longer without eating since the healthy fats fill you up for longer. Stay away from sugar, grains, pasta, bread and starchy foods. This product does nothing it says it will do. This product is a solid no from me. You do not need exogenous ketones to be in ketosis or to lose weight. I will stick to eating the proper way to achieve ketosis. You just can't find weight loss or Keto in a bottle. It's just a money grab riding on the keto name. Don't waste your money.
