I tried this product for almost 2 weeks and started seeing improvement with my energy; focus and thinking clearer. I could also see that my mood was better as well. The other thing was my memory for recall was getting so much better,too. I will continue taking this and am excited to see more improvement over time.

It's hard to tell when taking supplements if they are actually working as they say they will. So far I have nothing but good things to say about this. The pills are manageable(maybe a little big for some), and I don't notice any side effects or weird taste afterward. The ingredients are straightforward. I will continue to buy and take these as I know it can take a month or so to notice a differnce. Also wanted to note that I LOVE there are no GMOs, preservatives, artifical ingredients, etc. I also love there are no nuts, milk, or fish. This is a major deal to me, and I'm sure a lot of people feel the same.

I had high hopes for this ginseng because I've used ginseng in the past and had decent results. It's a big bottle, so I imagine supply won't be a huge issue. The first day I decided to just try one capsule instead of two like the dosage recommends. I didn't notice a huge difference when I took just one, so the next day I tried two and did have some effect. Physical energy is what I struggle with most and I couldn't tell much of a difference there, but mentally I was energized. My thoughts seemed to be moving faster, if that makes sense. I continued like this for a couple of days and I started experiencing a little agitation in my gut. It may be unrelated but I stopped taking it right away to try to figure it out. It seems to be getting better, draw your own conclusions but I'd definitely recommend starting with a lower dose first to see how it affects you. Overall, as a ginseng supplement I'm fairly happy with it and I would probably recommend it.

Not sure if its the pills or a placebo effect but I like how these seem to give me more energy and help with my concentration so I can ignore distractions. They are average in size for supplements of this nature and I have no problem swallowing them. There is little if any taste in the mouth or from a burp. But as with any supplement, read the side effects and conditions of which you should not take this. There is a fairly long list of issues you should take a look at but should be very safe for most users.

I started using this Korean Panax Ginseng a few day ago. I take a few different type of vitamins, minerals, and hebs for different reasons. I wanted to try Ginseng to see if it would help with my energy levels. I have a hard time after eating lunch to keep the same energy level and focus going into the afternoon. All I want to do is to take a nap. I think this ginseng seems to help some. I don't seem to feel as tired as the day goes on. I take one capsule in the morning with breakfast and it has never upset my stomach. I also haven't had that repeat feeling that you get with some vitamins, minerals, and herbs. It seems there are a lot of benifits to taking Korean Panax Ginseng and as long as I think it helps with my energy and focus I will continue to take it.

I have been wanting to try a ginseng supplement for some time now to see if it helps with memory and focus but I have not been taking this one long enough to see any difference yet. I will say that these capsules are large and taking 2 capsules is the recommended dose. If I notice a difference I would keep taking them.

However, there are no claims as to how long one must take this product, before results can be noticed. I have taken this ginseng for around 2 weeks and haven't noticed any changes, yet. But, this bottle contains a 60 day supply of capsules. So, results may be noticed as I continue to take the ginseng. These capsules aren't small. Some people may have problems swallowing them. I only gave this product 3 stars, because I haven't noticed any results, yet. Later, it may be worth 5 stars.

There are 120 capsules in the bottle and we are supposed to take 2 each day. So a bottle is good for 60 days. I have been taking 2 pills a day for 8 days and I absolutely cannot notice any difference. Neither improvements, nor adverse effect. Just no difference whatsoever. But that is not a negative feedback. I actually won't expect to notice any difference in a short period of time. If I do, it will be suspicious. I cannot recommend it to a friend because that will be irresponsible to him money-wise. But I am not the most informed person on this subject. Maybe the supplement works well. It is just not for me to do so.

I ordered the Korean Red Panax Ginseng Extract. What I received is a label that states Korean Panax Ginseng Extract with out the Red in the label and the capsules are white!
