Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplements are good for your health Mind and Body I have used this Brand before but sometimes hard to find availability.

I have been taking Omega 3 for many years. My Primary suggested I take 3 per day for the best benefits. I was paying $22 per 100 capsule and that was not going to work.I did some research and began purchasing NOW's because its great price. I have build up to taking 2 per day only because of the low price. It's the same stuff that I used to overpay for! I feel better when I take Omega 3.

I really like the fact that there are no artificial ingredients and it is a non gmo product also that they are checked micro nano particles. Kosher is always been the best!
