Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplements are good for your health Mind and Body I have used this Brand before but sometimes hard to find availability.

I have been taking Omega 3 for many years. My Primary suggested I take 3 per day for the best benefits. I was paying $22 per 100 capsule and that was not going to work.I did some research and began purchasing NOW's because its great price. I have build up to taking 2 per day only because of the low price. It's the same stuff that I used to overpay for! I feel better when I take Omega 3.

I have had severe to mild dry eye syndrome (DES) from time to time. A recent youtube video hosted by ophthalmologists said that taking Omega-3 can alleviate some of the symptoms associated with DES. Let's hope so. I brought this brand, NOW because they have good clean ingredients and it is pure NON-GMO. I've always trusted NOW.

I have taken fish oil in the past. I switched to krill oil to get rid of the "fishy burps". I was expecting fishy burps with this fish oil, too, but it hasn't happened. Take 1 in the morning, and 1 at night. The morning meds are just before breakfast, but the nighttime meds are long after supper. Unlike some other fish oils, this lists omega-3 (good), but no omega-6 or its precursor of linoleic acid (bad). The jury is still out on omega-6 and inflammation, but I'd rather get a supplement without it. The softgel is large, but I find it easy to swallow. In fact, I have several meds and supplements to take twice per day, and I just gulped them all down at once. I know some folks that take each pill one at a time along with some liquid to help with swallowing. The only negative I have is the softgel tends to stick to the plastic of my pill organizer. When I tip over the organizer to empty a pocket, I have to check the fish oil softgel came out, too. Haven't gotten through this bottle, so too early for me to tell if it has helped, like with arthritic pain. I'm 74, so hoping this helps to reduce inflammation. This is a clean product, and much cheaper than name brands.

I'm sorry but after using this product I had a terrible ear pain.

Very good product, no aftertaste, great.

Light colored, not as potent as Isagenix of course, but ok for the price.

I'm satisfied with this supplement.
