Using these for arthritic and neuropathy relief and seem to be working well.

I just started taking them today. I received in the mail today. I will let you know later on after I take a month prescription on how they work. I'm hoping that they were good because I have a lot of inflammation because I have bad arthritis.

Noticed immediate affect from taking one Full Spectrum Turmeric capsule along with BioPerine. I take one dose in morning and one in evening. As a result, I've reduced and sometimes eliminated the number of pills in any given week.

Some people say the whole is better than isolated parts. I've noticed no difference positive or negative after switching from the patented C3 Complex to this product, taken with Bioperine. The main difference is the price, and I think this may be a better way to add Curcumin, as well as everything else that's in whole Turmeric.

Great product, especially for the price that Swanson offers you literally can't beat it. Helps me keep moving.

I love my Swanson Tumeric, and have been taking it daily for years. It is easy to take and easily absorbed in the capsule form.

Taking turmeric plus ginger together works well for me. I can swallow this size capsule ok, although they're a little large. Swanson's products are always very high quality and reasonably priced.
