I also bought this in late Aug. 2025 when it was on sale as it is always good to have on hand since relaxing & relieving stress is often needed & also you never know when joints are going to need help. I decided to try ashwagandha to see if it might be helpful for my situation which keeps me from sleeping very well many nights, as it is said to promote relaxation. I have not been taking it very long, so cannot say if I have really noticed much difference yet in how I am managing to sleep, but I want to give it enough of a trial before I decide whether to continue it.
