Being on the high side of 50, I've been looking for a supplement that might help me feel a bit 'brighter'. Bacopa is touted in Ayurvedic medicine as a brain/memory enhancer so I thought I'd give it a try.\n\nAfter using it for a couple months over the summer I noticed a marked difference in myself. (you have to give herbal supplements a chance to work...they build up their effect, so don't expect an overnight sensation, be patient.)\nI feel sharper and clearer and I find I have more energy also. It was like having a breath of bracing, crisp autumn air blow through your head...on a daily basis.\nNow I'm going back to college after 34 years raising a family! Was this the Bacopa? can't really tell if these do anything

i don't ever remember dreams, but i had extremely vivid dreams each of the three nights i took this and i remembered them. i don't want to dream like that anymore, so i stopped taking them.
