Excellent pruduct

I like the lesser known products Swanson's carries too. I wanted to try the Arurvedic herb Bacopa Monniera for memory retention. I think you need to take it for a couple of months before feeling an effect, which is a gradual sharpening of acuity. I like the full spectrum so I know I'm getting all valuable parts of the plant. I'm learning Spanish now, so I want all the help I can get .

This is a much better herbal addition to my vitamin regimen for supporting mental acuity than any ginko biloba product I've tried in the past. With this particular dosage, this herb is faster acting than others I've tried, and seems to be a better fit with the other supplements I take.

can't really tell if these do anything

i don't ever remember dreams, but i had extremely vivid dreams each of the three nights i took this and i remembered them. i don't want to dream like that anymore, so i stopped taking them.
