I usually take these with sleep aid to help me fall asleep faster but they're good for other stuff too. I have extreme social anxiety and these help with that and put you in a good mood as well.

I bought this medicine for the first time and I am pleased with the result, it does not cause unwanted effects, it gives me feel healthy and relax, it is tasteless.

I love GABA, it is the beain relaxer and helps me get to sleep at night no matter what kind of stress day I have had. I take a capsule approximately 30 minutes before bed and know it's working when I start yawning and feel ultra relaxed. I can't speak for everyone but I can say that I have had very good results.

LOVE IT! Helps me get to sleep, I take it an hour before bedtime. It's like a wave of calm comes over me. I take care of my mom with Alzheimers, I worry constantly. It helps me shutdown. I can still get up to tinkle and not feel like Im going to hit the floor. I dont have that heavy fog drugged feeling in morning. I am highly recommending this to all of my friends and to you!!! I cannot describe how incredible it is to actually wake up feeling refreshed!!! I have not been able to shut my brain off and sleep in years!!!

This GABA, at 750mg, worked more effective than other brands at lower dosage. I tried other GABA but this GABA works best.

it made me feel drugged, dizzy when I walked and off balance. I felt like I had to think about breathing and it made me very agitated instead of anxiety relief. I didn't feel like I was able to even think it's scary. Definitely would not recommend for anyone that has anxiety to take or honestly I don't recommend anyone to take. I only took 1 pill and I wasted money bc I spent 8 dollars to relax and sleep but instead I was agitated,scared ,drugged feeling and couldn't sleep .

I have been taking Gaba for at least six months as a sleep aid. Now after that time I decided not to take it anymore and discovered there are many bad withdrawal side effects when you quit taking Gaba of which I am experiencing many which are making me feel terrible! I didn't realize what was wrong till I "googled Gaba withdrawal symptoms". Beware there should have this information on the bottle's label.
