It's helped me to stay calm and I have a little more energy than before. There are no side effects too.

Energy boost
Bought to take in conjunction with ashwagandha for a mental boost and found it improves energy level and alertness, so much so that a full capsule is too much for me. I plan to keep taking but have to take half a capsule daily, otherwise my sleep is disrupted at night. I feel it's a great complement to mental health and weight management.

ALL TALK, NO ACTION.
ORDERED SWANSON SUPPLEMENTS VIA WALMART. RECEIVED WALMART EMAIL INDICATING ITEM WAS DELIVERED. NO PORCH PHOTO AVAILABLE. I DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM. CALLED WALMART AND SPOKE WITH REP ANN AND SHE INDICATED THAT THE ITEM WAS REORDERED. NOW SEVERAL DAYS LATER, NO WORD FROM ANN, WALMART OR SWANSON. I WAS PROMISED AND EMAIL OR PHONE CALL AND RECEIVED NEITHER. I WILL REQUEST A REFUND AND REORDER.
