It really helps with blood sugar control.
This is the only bitter melon product that i have tried to help with my type 2 dabetes to lower my blood sugar. within two weeks of starting it twice a day my blood sugar has dripped to 108 or lower both mornngs and evenings with my regular diet to control it also. last night i ate a oiece of sugary cherry pie and it went up to 133 before bed. this is the only thing i use for blood sugar control.

These are larger than usual but they are odorless and it's a one pill dose. I will buy these again. No burping, no aftertaste

GOOD SUPPLEMENT
If you have diabetes, this works great. I think it also helps with high blood pressure. If you are like me and don't want the expensive pills that doctors make you take, this is a great alternative and is more natural. . I discovered pills and they changed my life. I'm in the early stages of type 2 and this means I don't get tired when I eat carbs or sugar or when I urinate frequently at night. I only take 1 pill a day, these are the best.

Unsafe
last time I ordered two bottle and received two bottle. Later I opened a bottle and there is protective seal was already broken and opened. The other one was OK.
