Quality
I find this to be the best quality L-Glutamine. Spring Valley is definitely quality. Their L-Arganine works quite well also vs everything else out there I've tried.

this is very good unfortunately I don't need it cuz it makes me extremely constipated and I have a hard time especially at my age but it is a good product.

Ingredients Caused Side Effects
Although I saw results, it has a lot of garbage ingredients which likely caused my gas and stomach discomfort side effects. I started using a different brand without the garbage and had none of those side effects.

a little big
They are a little big larger than I was expecting but thats ok. They smell a little like sour cream but they don't taste like anything. It was a little hard to swallow so I might crush it and add it to my protein shake instead.
