Excellent supplement

I read about this product in a magazine. Checked the price and thought, ok not expensive. So I ordered it. Weight loss started almost immediately, I AM watching what I eat, BUT the "almost uncontrolled eating munchies" are gone. I am satisfied eating healthy food, and just 3 little bites of desert is all I want.

This product has many uses, including immunity re-enforcement. I have multiple issues (that I cannot specify) and this product is part of a large general plan that I adhere to. Since my blood tests have been stable for many years, I have no intention of changing anything, though I cannot prove this product is actually doing something. This is more of a preventive measure. As for dosage, despite what some may think, less is more for some people like myself. In addition to these capsules I take some black seed oil as well on a daily basis. As a rule, I do not recommend supplements to friends - I tell them to do research. The 5 stars are for my general satisfaction.

Trying to be even cheaper yes cheaper but it still works just as well as the black cumin seed oil for immunity. This stuff is where it's at for immune health.

I misunderstood and thought this was black seed oil. This is a powder that seems to be fine.

Folks, there isn't enough here of Black Seed to do anything. I tried these before I found the oil. BIG difference. I suggest you take a look at this product sold here at Swanson: Amazing Herbs Premium Black Seed Oil - AZH007. One Teaspoon will do ya - powerful stuff. That's the real deal....not these powder capsules. The power is in the oil. Do your research. Plus the price for the oil is a good one here on Swanson especially when there is a discount incentive offered. Black seed oil is too beneficial to not know about. Please supplement with it in a knowledgeable fashion.
