I bought this to help with muscle spasms. The magnesium alone did not always work. I don't eat enough foods with potassium. The 2 together seems to be working.

Now brand is quality and a good value
I have been using several NOW brand vitamins and minerals. Potassium helps with sugar management, and I can tell when I skip use like when I travel, etc. Recommended.

BE CAREFUL
Be carful this store are selling fake pills, I waiting walamrt resolve this case but they send a fake pills for me, you can easy saw difference between the original and this fake one!!!
