Good for ur thyroid and I like SWANSON BRAND. Easy to take. So far seem to be working well for me.

For myself, I just started this product. I really can't say I like or dislike. It's to soon. This is how I feel, but anyone else may have a different feeling. So don't go by what I say. If you want more support for your thyroid, then this would be it.

I can tell a difference after taking these for just a few days! Even taking prescription synthroid, my neck would be sore there on my thyroid. These sea kelp have stopped that!

This kelp is a reasonable and very good source of Iodine. It is something my doctor put me on for my thyroid balance. It works very well for that! It brought my thyroid back to the middle of normal! I just take one a day.

Great Iodine supplement for better Tyrode function and energy. Kelp is natural; just follow the recommendations in bottle; do not over do it.

It's easy to swallow and at a good price. I notice more energy and my hair isn't falling out after taking it.

I take thyroid RX and have found this to be helpful also. Energy level is great and have had some weight loss.

I usually only buy seafood products from the North Atlantic, this one is just listed as Atlantic. May be slightly hard on the stomach but I crush the tabs and mix with any food and it doesn't bother my finicky stomach at all. Also doesn't change the taste of the food, great in a smoothie ! In my opinion has the right amount of iodine for daily use.
