I've been taking these for a little over a month. Before I started taking them I had zero energy. I slept all day and barely had enough energy to make dinner. Unfortunately I didn't see any weight loss, which anyone with hypothyroidism would like to see some because it's so to lose. But as long as I have energy that's a win.

After having trouble with levothyroxine. (Finding it difficult to breath and no longer being able to handle heat, Also having a drive to eat). I was looking for another option. I have been on thyroid meds for 37 years and never had problems until the last couple years. It has come on slowly so I went back to read up on side effects. Don't ever remember these kind of side effects being listed years ago. But they are now! I am trying this but won't know if it is helping until my thyroid check. I can say I can easily breath again, not finding a drive to eat and won't know about the heat till summer but I am a little cold natured again ( but this winter has been very cold so??) if this will let me update I will after my next blood test.

So far so good. Took a few days to start seein a change but this along with my levothyroxine seem to be making a big difference. Mainly in my energy levels. I was struggling very bad with energy and persistent brain fog. Nothing is magic, I still have my moments but I truly do think this is helping me!

Wow is all I can say. I was diagnosed with hashimotos and hypothyroidism as a child and I have literally tried it all. This has replaced my prescription meds. My pain levels, brain fog, and fatigue as well as several other issues have drastically improved after just 1 month. I’m currently on month 4 and this is probably the best I have felt for the longest time period.

I love the color my mother loved it so much too. I visited her outof state, so i washed it and let het keep it.

This is amazing, especially if you have no thyroid and you need that extra boost.....I've been taking this more a month now, and im way less tired than normal. Great priduct definitely recommend!!!

I waited before offering a review because I wanted to see if it made any difference taking this supplement, and happily, I can say I DO feel better! I've been taking it daily for about a week now and I noticed this morning I was rested. I did not feel exhausted even after a long night's sleep. This supplement seems to really be helping to support thyroid function!
