During perimenopause, DIM has been an amazing mood stabilizer for me. Plus, it really helps prevent PMS symptoms like headaches and cramps. I have tried going off DIM and suffered unnecessarily. I'm back on with no plans to stop. One little pill per day keeps me sane and feeling great. I'm beyond happy.

I have been taking DIM for over three years now. It does a brilliant job at suppressing perimenopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, etc. Great product.

After taking a few weeks mood swings went away and felt energized. Stop taking for a month and all symptoms came back. Now back on it and feel amazing. Mature ladies this is a keeper, highly recommend it.

Amazing. Lowered PMS symptoms drastically and acne cleared up. Beginning detox symptoms weren't bad. This stuff is a life changer. Especially if you have horrible monthly PMS.

Hot flashes

Terrible GI symptoms. I had a bottle that was expired by just a couple months, so I thought that was the culprit. Ordered a fresh bottle and it's clear that I just can't handle this DIM supplement. It's so bad that it interrupts my daily life and forces me to stay close to a bathroom at all times. It works for what I need it to (significant reduction in hormone-related issues) but it's not worth the trade off.

I ordered the 400 MG bottle and got the 200MG bottle.
