I've been taking this probiotic for some time now. I can definitely tell a difference when I forget to take it! I'll continue to keep these in my house!

I recommend it.
I find having the Probiotic with the digestive included to be giving me a good response within my system. I had been experiencing an "airy belly", but since using this one instead of the regular probiotic, that airy gas has just stopped. This is the only supplement I changed, and nothing in my daily diet.

Best probiotic I’ve found
I’ve been using this probiotic for over 3 years with great success. I’ve tried several of the other probiotics from Swanson and this one was noticeably different. I think the added enzymes really make a difference.

Poor substitute for old favorite
Ordered this because you no longer sell a blend that lists L.Rhamnosus with one of two with the most CFMs. A sub type of this strain was reccomended by my GI doctor. I choose this new blend because in does list LRhamnosus, but list it is listed last with no CFU numbers. I see that you now have pure Rhamnosus pill. I am lactose intolerant so I would prefer a blend a blend that is heavy on L.Rhamnosus

Not working for me
I can't tell this product is working well, simple because i am taking it for a quick time now and my digestion stays the same. I will move to something else.
