These supplements seem to work just fine.

I switched my magnesium from another company that was charging me more money thinking "you get what you pay for" I have always heard good things with Swanson's so I decided to see if it would be a good switch. Not only was it a good switch but the magnesium works even better. I am saving money and staying healthy.

Swanson Ultra Albion Magnesium Glycinate is generally well-regarded, with many users reporting positive experiences related to sleep, relaxation, and muscle health. Specifically, the Albion form of magnesium is known for its high bioavailability and gentle digestion.

I have been taking this supplement for a few months now. I feel like my day to day anxiety is noticabley better and I have an easier time falling asleep.

Most affordable option of magnesium I can find, plus it's my preferred form. Only con is that clearly I'm not the only one who knows it's awesome, it sells out regularly. I use this magnesium for my whole family!

I want to love this since it's Albion Mg Glycinate, but then there's Mg Oxide in there and it doesn't say how much of each ingredient. I'm going to stick with Solary for now.

I have only recently opened my first bottle of the magnesium glycinate from Swanson. Today, I was filling my weekly pill organizer and found 3 capsules that were completely empty (or 95 percent empty with one). To me, that sort of quality is unacceptable in a medical product. Perhaps the capsules leaked after filling the bottle, but this should still be a point of quality review. In general, consumers shouldn't have to guess whether the bottle carries 90 capsules or if there might be fewer...thankfully the order was for a 2 pack. fine price for what you get. Also, the order came in much later than was originally communicated. Perhaps this is a Walmart issue and not Swanson, but it was still disappointing that I ran out of my other magnesium glycinate nearly a week before my order came in. Unsure if I will reorder in the future, but wanted to share for others considering.

The label says "magnesium glycinate," but you go to the ingredient list and it says "magnesium bisglycinate" AND "magnesium oxide," the latter being the cheapest and least bioavailable form of magnesium. I have been ordering from Swanson for a long time and trusted them, which is why I never thought to read the back of the bottle until recently. I was surprised and disappointed to see that their magnesium glycinate wasn't pure magnesium glycinate

So disappointed! I should have read the ingredients before purchasing but got excited about the BOGO. Unfortunately, this has maltodextrin in it and if you do your research maltodextrin is bad for you- look up Dr. Berg on YouTube and he will explain what maltodextrin does to you. I also noticed that some of Swanson's products have maltodextrin as part of the ingredients…so be careful and look at the ingredients before purchasing their products.
