Iron supplements have a reputation of being constipating. This product says it is not constipating and that's the truth. I have returned to purchase refills. Every time is not.

My doctor was worried about my low iron levels and told me I should take a supplement. Some of my meds already cause constipation problems so I house these. In less than 90 days my iron level was healthy again. This product works for me and I recomend it for anyone needing an iron supplement.
