More Energy was needed and you feel it
Since I've been taking vitamin B-12. 5000 mgs a day sometimes twice a day. I have more energy I think a bit better, but it took two weeks to feel it. But wow what an improvement, a simple vitamin, quality of life's we get older. I highly recommended!

Melted Vitamins.
The vitamins were not delivered with my grocery order. When they came they were placed in the mailbox with hairspray! In this heat, why? So not very happy with Walmart!
