More Energy was needed and you feel it
Since I've been taking vitamin B-12. 5000 mgs a day sometimes twice a day. I have more energy I think a bit better, but it took two weeks to feel it. But wow what an improvement, a simple vitamin, quality of life's we get older. I highly recommended!

I have been taking this supplement for some time. I am only giving it a 4 star review because I cannot swear by any improvements. I know it's water soluble, so it cannot hurt. I need all the energy I can get at 73 with many physical limitations.
