They have a strong fruity taste. Yes, you can taste some of the vitamins, but it's not bad. The gummies are pretty soft. It's a good thing it has 120 in it, cuz it recommends 3 a day. Not sure how well they work, cuz only been taking them for a few days.
Was worried about these having high amounts of some of the vitamins but they have worked great for me asa Senior and I have actually felt better since taking them.
There's a faint chalky smell that makes one feel like they're going to ingest a Flintstone pill. They do taste fairly pleasant and are easy to digest! The smell is just off-putting.
They have a good flavor but they fuse together in the bottle. It's hard to separate them because they fuse into a big blob. It's winter here in Idaho so it's pretty cold in transport. Having them in room temperature is enough to make them stick together. One serving is 3 so you have to unstick 3.
These are in one big clump, and have to be pulled apart they are all stuck together. The smell has more of a medicine smell than a fruit. I have checked the date, which is April 20 26 and the lot number of 2568263. They were sealed when I opened them. it just seems to me. There should be a way to keep them from sticking together other gummy's. I buy don't stick together. It has a strong smell of yeast. i'm sure it just smells like vitamins.
I would've liked these but when I got the delivery and pulled them out of the bag I noticed that they were all totally stuck together and now every day I've got to pull apart half the bottle just to get 2....
So, following the directions on the label, I took three a day for two days. And got a headache so bad I couldn't do anything for an entire day. I'm not sure if this is because I didn't NEED to be taking three a day, or a legitimate reaction to the supplement itself, but I felt it important enough to leave a review. Oh, and I wasn't a big fan of the flavor either. I don't know what I'm going to do with the rest of the bottle, but that one terrible headache has completely put me off the vitamins entirely.
This supplement is not ideal for diabetes management without medical guidance. Here's why: ⚠️ Key Concerns - Vitamin D3 (125 mcg / 625%): High doses may affect calcium metabolism and insulin sensitivity. Safe in moderation, but this is a megadose. - Vitamin K1 K2 (2100 mcg total / 1750%): Extremely high. K2 (especially MK-7) may support vascular health, but this dose is far beyond typical therapeutic ranges. - Iodine (1000 mcg / 667%): This is well above the tolerable upper intake level (UL = 1100 mcg/day). Excess iodine can disrupt thyroid function, which in turn affects blood sugar regulation.
It has the most desecrating and overpowering taste for a vitamin gummies I have ever came across. They don't even make a second flavored gummy or anything. Please change it for the better.
Smell was off putting as soon as I opened it. Couldn't chew it because the taste was awful. Ended up swallowing the last two whole to get it over with and had to eat something afterwards to get the taste out.
