Good product, includes black pepper
It comes with black pepper. Many people don't know that for the Turmeric to be absorbed it has to have black pepper with it. It's easy to use and was a reasonable price.

Good option
This capplets are helping my aunt for the arthritis specially on the knee. She said it made easier the movements and can walk without stiffness on the knee

Important supplement
Very important supplement. Circumins found in Turmeric are highly useful with pain relief amongst other ailments. I use this with nattokinaise and quercetin/bromelain.
