Couldn't late them only one had me shaking they were so bad.
Took before meal as directed. Made me nauseous, very lightheaded did not feel right
These work I guess the price is ok , consider considering how expensive everything is
Felling weird not for me.
Best on the market right now
I love this!! Thank you!
did not work
They are not the same as they used to be... even the capsule shell is different, which should have been my first clue. Ugh. Trying something different.
I would take it before or right after my meal, helped promote energy, appetite suppression, so with a healthy diet and workout you'll definitely lose weight. You want to stay consistent and drink plenty of water. I thought it was a pretty good formula. I'd take it again! I didn't give it a 5 star because every now and again I would burp up the pill which is hot/spicy and would burn my throat so they use some type of spicy hot something lol. Also they're fairly easy to swallow and this burn didn't happen all the time however it did.
I tried this product for 15 days with no other changes in lifestyle (to get a true test of effectiveness) and saw no noticable impact. That's not to say the product doesn't work, merely that it did not work for me. In addition, the first few days of taking this it gave me sever digestive distress, but after a few days my body adjusted and it passed.
