Just started taking him, but you're supposed to take three of each capsule a day that's six huge capsules a day and that's not all I take. I take three other gels in the morning and two other pills and that's not even my prescription medicine so it's a lot of pills. I don't think you need to take three a day but it's worth the money and I think it's definitely got quality.

These are a lot easier than eating a bunch of fruit and veggies.

I say MAYBE, because the vegetable capsules are not tasty. (Doesn't that make things good if they taste unpleasant?) The fruit one is not offensive to the taste or smell. The capsules are large and I sometimes have difficulties swallowing as I do 2 at at a time, I am not able to say whether it has improved my lab works or not. This is the first time trying this brand. I purchased these as we were looking for whole food ingredients and antioxidants. Having no fillers is a must for us. I may change my mind as I do not want a product that uses fillers. Living in a senior community, we do not always get enough fruits and veggies. Hopefully these will improve some areas. Just like when I was a child, Mom gave my sis and me Castoria. It didn't taste good, but provided some good. I am not able to agree with the suggestions below as I have not taken them that long and sharing a bottle w/spouse doesn't even give one a fair chance to see some improvement during this time. I DO look forward in seeing some of those improvement, however. Taking supplements are nickel and diming us to death.' Perhaps a good all around vitamin would be better. I bought a bottle of Naturelo Bariatric multivitamin. The actual casing is made as a vegetarian capsule. Next time shopping read the label. It has extensive vitamins listed as well as a number of 5 organic fruits and veggies in the vitamin. These have 5 mg ea. The bottle lists this for post bariatric surgery patients. It has no GMO, soy, gluten, and is vegetarian friendly. Sorry, guess I'm critiquing the wrong product.

This may be a good product, but having to take 3 pills at a time sucks. And if you do both, that's six pills to swallow all at once. And because of that I'm personally giving it a mediocre score!

I understand that supplements don't always taste great and that the capsules are supposed to be made of a gelatin or animal collagen to be edible and can dissolve quickly. THESE capsules taste like straight plastic!! Today was the 2nd and LAST day that I'll take these!! I should have stopped at the first day! Absolutely disgusting and very offputting. I really wish there was a way I could test it because this is nothing that I've ever experienced before! Walmart was gracious enough to give me a refund, even though they were opened. All I can do is beg them to take them off the shelves. Nobody should have to pay money or something that is not edible!

Caused stomach pain, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. Took Juice Plus brand for many years and had none of these issues. I have never had food allergies that I know of. Once I stopped taking these, those issues went away.
