I am trying Ceylon Cinnamon capsules to help lower my AC1 count. Just started taking so don't yet if it's helping. I am opening the capsules and sprinkling it on toast and cereal, but the capsules are small enough to swallow, too. I just like to taste the cinnamon!

i take the Ceylon. cinnamon specifically, because it is safe for the long term. The kitchen type is good for seasoning items, but used in much smaller servings. Seems to help with keeping me with better blood sugars

I read cinnamon was good for blood pressure. I have had boarder line high blood pressure. I decided to give cinnamon a try. Blood pressure has dropped to acceptable levels, no longer boarder line, since I started taking it. In addition I take Beet Root also for blood pressure.

I Will probably not buy this from Walmart again because the bring all supplements at a different time than groceries!

When I'm on the go, I take these cinnamon capsules whenever I am traveling to improve my health. It is convenient when I'm not at home.

Ceylon Cinnamon doesn't contain Coumarin, as Cassis Cinnamon does. I use it to help regulate my blood glucose. and aid digestion.

I love the taste of the gel tablet. It is easy to swallow vs some that as soon as you put it in your mouth it disolves.

When you take a healthy regimen of vitamins everyday...morning and night, when you go to add a new one to your list, you expect them to dissolve because you don't want pills to just sit in your stomach. These capsules don't dissolve. I placed one in my mouth for over 5 minutes to see when it would start to dissolve and nothing happened but it got a little sticky... but it stayed firm. I just open the capsule and pour it in my mouth at this point. Won't buy this brand again!!

bottle was not sealed and was half empty. I counted them and all were in there but the bottle was not suitable for the product. low quality for sure.
