Spring Valley Hair, Skin & Nails Caplets Dietary Supplement, 240 Count

I recommend this item to every woman I know that struggles with thinning hair. I have Lupus, RA, and had a thyroidectomy, so my hair cycles through bouts of hair loss and thinning consistently. I lost so much at one point you could see more scalp than hair. That was 7 years ago. I started taking this supplement, without fail, every day and my hair grew back in. Great product. I've only been taking these less than 2 months and already my family's been noticing my thicker hair and that its gotten at least 2-3" longer in this short amount of time. After my coma last year, my hair started falling out and has been very thin, frizzy and never seemed to recover from the trauma. Now its really filling in 2x thicker, and getting longer very quickly. This vitamin has greatly helped me with restoring my hair, which was falling out after experiencing some medical problems. My hair came back thick and curly, and my skin and nails improved, too.

These help my thinning hair. Makes my hair healthier looking. Been taking these for years. Don't give up, it takes a while to notice the difference. Check at your scalp in front when they have time to work you will see little short sprouts of hair coming through.

For a while I was taking biotin alone but this supplement has a better mix of vitamins in a single pill. it's also not too big and easy to swallow. Now, how effective is this vitamin at supporting hair skin and nail health? I can't really say for sure since I was already taking biotin before but I will say that my appearance hasn't gotten any worse.

These hair, skin and nails supplements have been helping my nails grow. They seem to help my hair a little bit, but not as much as my nails. And my skin is the same as it was before I started taking these. Take these when you have food in your stomach.

Just received these and was shocked to see bottle was only 1/3 full! So I counted them and all 240 caplets were present. Now, I am hoping they work well for me.

Am currently trying this as my fingernails have been cracking/splitting a lot since major changes in my life in 2024. going to take several months to see if it helps.

for how much I got that not even half a bottle for almost 13 is not even worth it I put to bottles together and then it was worth it because it was full like it was supposed to be you guys really got to do better

These have biotin in them and it sucks because it makes my hair fall out when there is biotin included. Had to return this. The value for money is there but I can't recommend as for me it doesn't work.
