I recommend this item to every woman I know that struggles with thinning hair. I have Lupus, RA, and had a thyroidectomy, so my hair cycles through bouts of hair loss and thinning consistently. These help my thinning hair. Makes my hair healthier looking. Been taking these for years. Don't give up, it takes a while to notice the difference. Check at your scalp in front when they have time to work you will see little short sprouts of hair coming through.

For a while I was taking biotin alone but this supplement has a better mix of vitamins in a single pill. it's also not too big and easy to swallow. Now, how effective is this vitamin at supporting hair skin and nail health? I can't really say for sure since I was already taking biotin before but I will say that my appearance hasn't gotten any worse.

These hair, skin and nails supplements have been helping my nails grow. They seem to help my hair a little bit, but not as much as my nails. And my skin is the same as it was before I started taking these. Take these when you have food in your stomach.

Am currently trying this as my fingernails have been cracking/splitting a lot since major changes in my life in 2024. going to take several months to see if it helps.

This vitamin was said to be the answer to all my problems with my nails. But so far after more than a year NO luck. My nails still are breaking and my hair is Not growing like it should.

Still having problems with my hair and nails. Skin was not the issue, but itis getting drier quicker. It may just be the weather or???.

for how much I got that not even half a bottle for almost 13 is not even worth it I put to bottles together and then it was worth it because it was full like it was supposed to be you guys really got to do better

These have biotin in them and it sucks because it makes my hair fall out when there is biotin included. Had to return this. The value for money is there but I can't recommend as for me it doesn't work.
