Good Purchase.
Soft gels are rapid release calcium; this is the first time we are trying them. They are big as the regular size capsules but because they are soft gels seem to be able to swallow them easier.

These soft gel capsules are the only calcium supplement that I can swallow. I have used them for years and they are excellent.

Large but easy on the stomach
These pills are very large, but they are easier on the stomach than any other calcium product I have tried. Some days I just don't want to consume dairy products , and the alternatives I either have allergies to, or are not part of my diverticulitis diet. So I am grateful to have found a calcium product that doesn't cause stomach upset. The only problem is finding it in stock when I need it.

My go to calcium
I really like this product! I am on my 3rd bottle and really like the way it assimilates in and to my system. I always take it at night for the best repair results. I also like the fact that it is in softgel form, although I wouldn't be taking it if it were a tablet. I'm in my 70's now and taking vitamins in tablet form is just not what we need as our system does not break down tablets efficiently. You wind up excreting the tablets before they completely dissolve.

Very large capsules
I opened the bottle and was shocked into saying holy crap because these are huge! Fortunately, they are smooth and not as difficult to swallow as I anticipated. I dropped that subject. The capsule in the comparison picture is a slightly larger but fairly normal sized magnesium capsule. I'm happy overall with the product after trying one. Effectiveness is TBD but it's calcium so it should work...
