Hate having old knees. I take this in hopes it helps in some way, and for all I know, it does, and I'd be worse off without it. But I can't say 100% that I know it helps. Guess it's worth a try for anyone so inclined. It's not the only thing I take for the problem, but blah blah enough reviewing.

UC-11 collagen just simply works! If you have arthritis, this does the job for those aches and pains. For years I swallowed 3 huge horse-sized Glucosamine and Chondroitin pills daily with only so-so results. Then I read about UC-11 and started taking one small tablet a day instead. The difference was amazing! Almost immediately, my arthritis was hardly noticeable. I wouldn't go a day without them now.

I am only two weeks into my bottle, but I am hopeful to feel good results. Based on how I feel now, I think I feel better mobility and more energy. I started taking it, each morning with my Vitamin D. I will know more after the first bottle is empty. I will buy it again, based on the current improvements.

I've now taken this supplement for 4 days, I'm new to this UC-11 collagen, and my hip tendon injury is feeling better. I hurt it 3 months ago and added other collagens and as much glute exercises as possible. This has really moved the needle i believe. The whole formula matters, as boron is good for many things, estrogen being one. I'm 51 and female and no doubt drop in hormones has affected my joints. I'm definitely keeping this in my daily routine.

I went to Montana in November last year. It was snowing and cold. I left the following day. At the airport I suddenly felt very painful on my left knee and I couldn't even walk. Appreciate one a dosage and small tablet size. Have taken them faithfully for a number of years since having to eliminate NSAIDS. Move Free with the addition of dietary supplements of Tumeric and Cinnamon have generally kept my arthritis under control and my range of motion steady. I would appreciate a larger amount of tablets of Move Free in each bottle and a greater discount than I currently get with Schiff rewards. Thank you.

i have bad knees and a shoulder problem. these help. they take a week or so to kuck in but youccan tell the difference.

Tiny pill easy to swallow still early to see the results but I am confident it's going to work for me because others reviews are very positive

This platter was a great serving platter for the event. It held a good amount of food and appearance was nice.

I do not feel this product is helping all that much with joint pain. It helps a little, but considering the very high cost, I don't think it's worth it.
