I used to always by the Zarbees chewable melatonin. I saw these and compared the ingredients and they are almost identical, but these are half the price! I love that the labeling is transparent as my son has food allergies so I can feel comfortable giving him these!

This works. It is the best price. Gummies did not work for my son but we have used this chewable tablet for a few years. My son is high energy and rarely slows down, this helps him settle down enough to sleep. One mg (one tablet) approximately 15 minutes before lying down in bed. dissolve easy, taste great no after taste. i as an adult take these and when needed i will give to my daughter. she falls to sleep timely with no sleepiness the next day.

Ive used the 1mg drops and they seem to work great. These however didn't help me get to sleep. Might as well just chewed a candy.

Very bad taste! My kids complained that they were bitter and I tried one myself and had to spit it out. Expiring date is 10/2027 but they look discolored and have a strong odor to them. I do not recommend these.
