Natrol Melatonin 10 mg Time Release, Nighttime Sleep Aid, 100 Tablets

I need a bit of help to get a good night's sleep -- so my doctor recommended I try melatonin. I found that all melatonin brands are not the same. Natrol 10mg TIME RELEASE works well for me (based upon two years of nightly use). Good sleep, then waking up fully refreshed the next morning is what I wanted. And that is what I got every time!

This is an excellent product with very consistent melatonin dosages. I only wish Walmart.com would resume offering this fine product directly -- that is, "sold and shipped by Walmart.". The "pro seller" raised the price, and ships via USPS, not always delivering reliably.

Great product! I scored everything high on my review, except for the “value for money portion” Because I have been using and buying this product for years and only recently has the price dramatically increased!?!?

This product is amazing. It is the only thing that has no side effects and actually allows me to sleep. The fact that I got it in a matter of hours from order to delivery was incredible.

this product definitely helps with sleep. although the 10mg was too much for me and would make me tired into the next day. I opted for a lower mg choice and it has been perfect. I even recently bought the children's gummies version for my 5-year-old son to support him in falling asleep faster. Have recommended to my family members and others who complain about difficulties in sleeping.

A Night shift nurse for over 20 years, I've been using this respected brand for maybe 10 or so years and iherb deliver safely, promptly and at a great price. Melatoninis not addictive so it is a great alternative to addictive sleeping medications and this time released style mimics our natural patterns of release. couldn't be happier!

This has helped me with my insomnia! I still have bad sleep because of my toddler. But this has helped me sleep a bit better at least before he starts to scream in the middle of the night. I do find that I fall back asleep quicker instead of just staying awake after his crying.

I am disappointed with this product. It does not work as well as plain melatonin. I am waking up about 3-4 hrs. after I take these , so i'm not impressed w/the time release of the product.
