This is the one melatonin my kids can agree on. My youngest two kids have sensory issues and need a little help settling down at night. I cut one gummy in half and my 8 and 10 year olds both get one half. This cuts the tossing and turning an getting up constantly from an hour down to about 10-15 min. We give it about 30 min before bed.
I just want to say as a single mom I think you for this brand for just providing a great melatonin that works for my baby and doesn't get any weird side effects in the morning. I normally give him two just before he goes to bed about an hour before bed and not even the full hour. He's already deep asleep so normally if he's having difficult nights, this is what I'll give him to help him sleep and it's been working for years. Thank you.
I personally take them as an adult. I love these because it's just a little touch of sleep in a gummy just to get me started. Nothing too crazy does the job I'm sure they will be perfect for any kid who needs them to relax and go to sleep, but even for adults I would definitely recommend if you just need something to put yourself to sleep and not wanting to take adult doses.
I microdose these little gummies to my 8 year old (I cut a whole gummy into 4ths and let him have 1 of the pieces). He has adhd and has high-functioning autism so his brain is really hard to calm down and shut off so he can get proper sleep. These have been great for school nights. Usually after taking one, he will fall asleep within 30min.
I like that they offer these in sugar free. They come in handy for the occasional sleepless night. I take them myself. Just one helps me doze off pretty quickly.
We have purchased this melatonin for our family bi-weekly for the last 2-3 years. The flavor is great and they are effective in helping us sleep when we need it.
if it weren't for these my life would be miserable 😣 my 2 yr old is on the spectrum and our sleep is terrible 😔 these gummies are a life saver! they taste like candy and he gets excited at night when it's time for his good night, good boy treats 😁 jeez! I sounds like I'm talking about a puppy 😆 he follows me around like a pup so why not? 😅 JK jk. there are a game changer tho! the price!!! unbeatable 💯 especially for the quality and quantity.
The absolute best brand for kids. All my kids take this brand so I am regularly needing to buy a new bottle and Walmart never fails to have it in stock. The subscribe option is great as well. Nutrition is key to us as parents and the fact this product is always available shows Walmart is where I will always shop
My kids and I love these, we have some nightly, just before bed; we are all asleep within about 45 minutes of ingesting them. They taste delicious, and help produce melatonin. Great value for the price, also. Especially considering, I got them on sale! Thanks Wal-Mart!!
Found out the hard way a side effect of sugar alcohols was my 4-1/2 yr old woke up past midnight two nights in a row with torrid diarrhea. No issues the third night after we stopped giving her this. Not saying it doesn't do the job but our house will be switching to gummies with sugar.
