Equate Omeprazole 20mg Tablets Delayed Release, Acid Reducer for Frequent Heartburn, 42 Count, Compare to Prilosec OTC

I suffered for a long while until I found this product. It works amazingly well. I do not take everyday but take when I know I am going to eat something that will cause heartburn and take after eating something that causes heartburn. I am truly impressed how well this product works.

my wife and I both suffer from bad GERD. Using this medicine it keeps us from having serious stomach reflux, especially at night. Before using this medicine I was waking from a dead sleep with stomach acid and contents literally pouring out my nose and into my lungs where I end up vomiting profusely. Since starting Omeprazole I rarely have that serious of an attack. If I forget one daily dose I can feel the difference. highly recommend for anyone else with GERD or other gastric issues.

I have had acid reflux/heartburn for over 20 years, and have to take a pill daily. I have literally tried every OTC brand out there, and Omeprazole is the ONLY pill that works. If you want relief that will 100% deliver, get Omeprazole. This is a true and honest review.

I have to take this or I lose my voice and start coughing a ton, and also experience difficulty eating certain foods. As long as I take it every day it works wonders for me and I enjoy a normal life. I can tell a little when I've missed a dose, and try to be sure to not miss that. It can take time to start working if you're just starting. If I remember correctly I hear full relief after four days. They come in tablets and capsules. I've tried both, and... I don't really notice any difference at all. So the tablets would be smaller and easier to swallow, I assume? I'm not sure the difference. I but either one now without trying to overthink it. If one is out of stock or low in stock I know the other will work just as great for me. Just be sure to have plenty in hand, especially if your doctor recommends continued use. Running out for three or four days can lead to discomfort and waiting once you start again to get back to that full relief state. This might be a good item to have on your subscription list if you need to take it regularly. You may also consider keeping some in an emergency kit if you had to evacuate or didn't have access to it for some reason. Wise to do with all of your medications, in fact. Product works great.

Everything I can say about this is positive. Except for one thing. They're chewables and I wish they weren't. The texture is just so bad. The taste isn't the issue for me it's legit the texture. It's a weird sort of chalky. But I will take it. Considering the price is nothing I'm mad at. And they do give me relief of heartburn. The good definitely outweighs the bad!

It is always a plus to get my medicine here and save money. It works the same for me with some money in my pocket. My doctor recommended it for me and was well pleased with the results

I take this every morning. Usually it covers me all day. However, I find it frustrating to still end up with heartburn when this is meant to last the full day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Walmart had this med as a Black Friday deal last year. I appreciate the company offering a discount on items I would buy anyway.

I don't get WHY this generic antacid has to be this expensive!?! it's been out FOREVER %26 u can get it anywhere so why is this SO expensive on Walmart app?? Omeprazole is a stronger antacid so it costs more %26 I get that but Famotidine isn't as strong %26 doesn't last as long either so I don't get WHY Walmart over-charges for it?!?

Yes the medication works. But efficacy isn't the complaint. The way Walmart packaged this is irresponsibly wasteful. Quantity 42 pills / 3 bottles. That's 14 tiny tablets per (1.5oz) bottle Thats like selling roughly 15 M%26Ms in a 16oz (2 cups) jar! Even after combining all 42 tabs, the bottle is still MORE than 3/4 empty. That's 3 unnecessary virgin plastic bottles. They could easily package all 42 in a recycled 20ml bottle. Less packaging ships more efficiently anyway Walmart. Do Better.
