Been taking Acetaminophen (Tylenol generic name) for several years because with advanced age stomach no longer has enough digestive juice to dissolve hard coatings. That means I cannot receive the full dose to get full benefit. Walmart's Equate Acetaminophen Gelcaps give me the increased relief that Tylenol's gelcaps give, at a far better price. I definitely recommend it.
Gentle on compromised gastro intestinal tract. Compares to Brand Name products in pain relief with much greater $ savings. Using as supplement to post hip replacement surgery.
These work just as well as brand name and are much less $$! I also like the colors so when stored with daily meds you can tell immediately what pill it is.
The equate is the same quality and ingredients as the name brand. These gel caps are easy to swallow and I like that you get the same results for a much better price. I also like the easy open cap, most people don't understand, but when they get a little older they will understand when their hands don't operate as they should and are ache. These are good for many pains and fevers.
I buy these for my grandfather for his arthritis. He cannot take Ibuprofen, after trying multiple different kinds of Tylenol, he found much relief for his painful arthritis. At first we were purchasing the brand name Tylenol. This is a 1/4 of a cost with the same amount of effectiveness. I would definitely recommend this product.
Fairly recently I have discovered that there's a long acting acetaminophen that has a higher strength and works for 8 hours, and rapid release that allows the normal dose off medcation to get to work a lot faster. I have arthritis and the long acting is great for that. But, when I get a headache I want it gone as fast as possible. When I'm console gaming and my hands hurt, I don't want to have to wait a half hour for the meds to kick in. Enter Rapid Release! I've compared these back with brand name and there is no difference in size, taste, shape, color, strength, and effectiveness. I've looked far and wide and this is the cheapest I have found it for. And! By a brand I can trust.
It works quickly to relieve aches and pains. One does not have to suffer while it takes effect because within 10 to 20 minutes you suddenly notice feeling better. Taking before you are extremely in pain makes a noticeable difference. This is my go to when not feeling well.
This is a great buy on Tylenol. Due to other health issues it is the only otc pain reliever that I am allowed to use. It is so helpful to find the large economy size like this. I purchase this regularly and am very pleased with the quality of the product.
I don't take pain medication and these work so well if I have a headache or if my back hurts, all I need is 2 of these and it relieves the pain.
These work just as well as the name brand but are so much cheaper! They are rapid release so they work quick and great for headaches!
