I like these. No complaints at all. Ive done my research on what women need as they get older and Vitamin d3 is one of them. I've noticed I dont have as many hot flashes. Not sure of the vd3 has any thing to do with that.... 🤷🏾‍♀️

I bought these before and like them, unfortunately when they arrived they've been on a truck all day and 115° weather and they were burning hot I just hope the heat didn't destroy them! I'll probably never know. I'll buy them at the store next time!
