Beano absolutely works. My only regret is I didn't try it YEARS earlier because I was skeptical. Now, instead of treating stomach upset caused from food I love like beans, cabbage, and onions, I take two Beano before I eat anything that causes me discomfort and it really does mean no gas AND no pain.

Eat Beans, Veggies, etc....? Got gas? Bloat? TAKE BEANO. It works. Take at first bite. A natural enzyme! Feel better, feel happy, feel good knowing there will be no surprises later! LOL Not to be used for Milk, Yogurt, Ice Cream issues - that would need a different kind of enzyme, called Lactase, which breaks down Lactose (milk sugar found in dairy products).

Bio definitely gets the job done. Take before any food or beverage that gives you gas and there will” be no” gas lingering in your stomach. Usually takes about 15 minutes to kick in .

In my older years I can't process certain foods like I used to mainly foods like meatloaf Mexican foods Greek foods hummus and garlic aioli celery cabbage onions salsa or acidic foods I will take one before I eat and don't get bloated or gassy more importantly I can take a pill after I eat as well and it still woks the same. I highly recommend taking beano if you have similar symptom.

Have some help for digestion, not very big effect though.

I swallowed one pill with the first bite of black beans and took another about 10 minutes after that. About 15 minutes after that second pill, the digestive distress that you would expect with eating two cups of cooked black beans began and it was a terrible night. The only positive is the pill did not have any side effects that I could tell, good or bad.

I tried Beano Extra Strength to help with gas and digestion, but unfortunately, it didn't seem to make much of a difference for me. I followed the directions and took it with meals, but I still experienced bloating and discomfort. It may work for others, but it just didn't do the job for me. I'm disappointed, especially given the positive reviews I've seen. I'll be looking for a different option moving forward.

Might work for others but it didn't work for me! Really wanted for it to work .....its still fresh too.

I never got it. Delivery is unreliable with Walmart now sadly
